🎵 Today’s song: High Hopes — Panic! At the Disco

I started this practice in January. You’ve been joining every day since then. And we all know what this year has brought 😳

The economy quivering in the way that sane investors think it should, and yet isn’t. A world that is far closer to twentieth century warfare than inspiring breakthroughs in space or medicine. A news cycle that keeps throwing in our face the horrors done to women that we tolerate — even normalize.

And here we are. Day 94 of building success that feels as good as it looks. Subtracting what no longer serves.

I got to see Kate Bowler speak last weekend. [Highly recommend!] She has learned that the ache for more, and the joy that ambushes us anyway, even in the midst of deep darkness — that tension is the human experience. Not an obstacle to a good or happy life. The fire that fuels us.
